Writing Tutor, Teacher, Instructor
As a qualified teacher, with over 10 years' experience across the primary phase, I have been able to support children make accelerated progress in their maths, reading and writing.
In particular, I have worked to support children with preparing for their SATS in KS1 and KS2.
I prefer to work with children 1:1 to ensure they get the targeted support they need to reach their potential. I find that in-person support works best for reading.
I have a secure knowledge of how children learn, and have taught all subjects, so I am well-equipped to support children in all areas of their learning beyond English and maths.

With an extensive background in tutoring multiple subjects, I have developed a unique ability to adapt lessons to suit the educational needs of diverse learners.
Education is not one-size-fits-all, and my tutoring approach reflects this philosophy. I am proficient in creating and delivering educational content that engages students from elementary to college level. Whether it's helping a high school student grasp complex calculus concepts, guiding a middle schooler through the intricacies of English grammar, or introducing the basics of computer programming to a college student, my teaching methods are flexible and responsive to the needs of each student.
Teaching Philosophy:
I believe that a strong understanding of foundational concepts is crucial for success in any subject. My teaching style focuses on building this foundation, and then advancing to more complex topics at a pace that is comfortable and effective for the student. I strive to make learning interactive and enjoyable, using a variety of tools and techniques to accommodate different learning styles.

Hello! My name is Stanley, and I am a highly skilled tutor with a passion for Mathematics, Physics, Writing, and Civil Engineering. With five years of experience in these subjects, I have honed my skills and developed a deep understanding of the core concepts within each discipline.
In Mathematics, I have guided numerous students through various levels, from basic arithmetic to advanced calculus. My approach emphasizes problem-solving techniques, logical reasoning, and building a strong foundation of mathematical principles. I believe in creating an engaging and supportive learning environment that encourages my students to think critically and develop their problem-solving skills.
In Physics, I have helped students grasp complex concepts, such as mechanics, thermodynamics, and electromagnetism. Through interactive demonstrations, real-world examples, and hands-on experiments, I strive to make abstract ideas tangible and relatable. My goal is to foster a deep understanding of the fundamental laws of nature and encourage curiosity in the field.
In the realm of Writing, I have assisted students in developing their communication and composition skills. Whether it's crafting persuasive essays or improving grammar and syntax, I provide personalized guidance to help students effectively convey their ideas and refine their writing style.
Furthermore, as a Civil Engineer, I bring real-world experience and practical knowledge to my tutoring sessions. I can explain complex engineering principles in a simplified manner and help students navigate through topics such as structural analysis, fluid mechanics, and transportation engineering.
