I am a highly experienced and enthusiastic tutor to students up to 18 years of age with a Masters in Education and responsibility for tutoring and assessing newly qualified teachers. I have taught in schools as a senior leader for over 20 years and have been an examiner for the Edexcel and AQA exam boards for over 15 years. I pride myself in delivering personalised learning programmes to all of my students and ensure that all work completed is awarded with the highest level of written and verbal feedback. My lessons are always well resourced and are matched to the student's abilities and interests to make them challenging, engaging and enjoyable. I am very professional but also have an excellent rapport with my students. I tailor lessons to each individual and deliver them in a warm, encouraging and friendly manner whilst maintaining the highest expectations of all my tutees.

I am a professional drummer and teacher. I'm very passionate about teaching and all things music! I have been teaching all ability levels from absolute beginner right through to professional players for over ten years, and have had students from 6 years old, to 66 years old! I've also performed drum clinics/seminars through the UK and internationally demonstrating my approach to technique and musicality on the drum kit. Each lesson is tailored to suit the individual needs and wants of the student. As a professional drummer in the UK, I regularly record for artists from all over the world from my purpose built home-studio, have played in London West End shows and toured throughout the UK and internationally with live acts.

I'm patient with student who doesn't learn easly. I think it's important to learn with pleasure but for this, it's important to be serious and work.
