My Batchelor of Education degree, continued professional development, over twenty years teaching experience, and leadership roles has given me many skills, experience, ability and confidence. . The experiences that I am proudest of are: v Working with a group of Year 6 children, giving them the confidence to voice their opinions, to believe in themselves and to support them so that they attained better in their SATs. v Developing my own practice through CPD and wider reading in order to be recognised by head teachers, school improvement advisors and Ofsted as an excellent teacher. I have then used this to support and develop skills and knowledge of experienced staff, recently qualified staff and newly qualified teachers. . v Improving Key Stage 2 SATs results in all subjects over three years with outcomes being above national.
